Griswold Home Care for Anoka County

We were so grateful when we found Griswold Services, it has allowed us to work knowing my mom is being cared for. Our caregiver has bonded with my mom and is very patient with her. Griswold was the best thing we did for my mom, allowing her to stay in her house with her pets, less stress on us knowing someone is there.

I can’t say enough about Griswold. Everyone truly cares about the whole family. People always show up when they are supposed to . They try to fill your requests as best they can. Truly the best agency I have worked with!

Griswold was to deliver a hospital bed to a home and arrived without advance notification and it was not possible then to move heavy furniture to make room for it. It was rescheduled to be delivered the next day between 4 - 8 pm. The deliverer wrote and stuck a note under the door that no one was home to accept the bed - at that point there were at least two people besides the patient in the house and they noticed him. When accosted, he said his shift was over and he left without delivering the bed. On the other hand, they were speedy with their initial assessment, and getting an excellent home health aide into the home. Average a 1 star and a 5 star = 3 stars.

I have counted on Griswold Home Care services for the past 5 months to provide exemplary care for my parents whose needs are significant. Every effort is made by Griswold to personalize care and tailor services to individual needs. Plans are put in place for potential emergency situations. Coordination with other services and agencies are established and maintained. Griswold’s responses to phone calls, inquiries and correspondence are immediate. Caregivers’ services are reliable and consistent while training and supervision are ongoing to maintain a standard of quality service. Without Griswold Home Care, I honestly don’t know where I could have turned to for the quality of support my parents have required and received.
